Less than a month to go
Training has been going great. Deadlifts have really improved, quite happy with them and hoping to post up a big number at the meet. Squats, again I'm happy with how they are coming along. I'm making improvements both with hitting depth and increasing my power. Even my weakest lift, the bench is getting better.
