Next meet: Dec 3rd




I realise this only gives me 11wks but I'm sat on a reasonable strength base at the moment and hate not having anything to train towards. Haven't really squatted much at all over the last few months, hit them up last night and finished up with 225 x 3, ass to ground. Would like to think I can hit close to 315 for the meet.

Bench I'll be aiming for somewhere around 230-240.

DL, well again I haven't been training this much lately but anything over 405 I'll be happy with. I'll be competing in the 130-145 class. Right now I'm feeling and looking pretty lean, so going to bump the bodyweight up a bit and start moving some heavy weight again. Time to make some noise and put right what went wrong last time!
