This was my third set of five last night for DL's, tried to do more of a SLDL to make it a little tougher and managed 315 x 11 (new PB for reps). I actually thought I had got to 12 so I stopped; this back session was a pretty average workout as I had a migraine... just wanted to do one good set before I left the gym.
I have set myself a challenge to get 315 x 15 this coming Thursday, bodyweight will be 145 or less. I'll let you know how I go, but definately looking forward to attacking the heavier weights again J.
