The hard work is done.

I had my final session last night. It was a tough but solid 1.5hr slog with my training partner Greg, running on hardly any calories.
I've dropped the weight I needed to (3kg in just under a week) and I weighed in at 65.6kg this morning before breakfast. Now I just need to hold this until I weigh in for the meet on Saturday morning.
The last lift last night was an easy 170kg which will probably be my opener. I'm confident of pulling 180kg, if I'm going good I hope to have a crack at 185 which would be a PB. I was aware that my back rounded a little on this last one, but that's more than likely because I was completely spent haha. Now I can rest up and get in the right headspace.
