
Well I'm back in the gym building up my strength. Looking to do another powerlifting meet at some point this year, I'll have to take a look and see what meets are on in Christchurch. Training has been going very well, I have added 5kg over the last two months with very little change in bodyfat. I'm starting to hit some decent numbers and my PB's are already coming back into sight. Last night I managed 42kg x 6 on the flat dumbbell chest press which is a new PB for that amount of weight and reps (video clip below). All in all I'm happy with how my fast my strength is increasing.
